Pausing Your Subscription

• Subscriptions are (with rare exception) non-refundable. Valid refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Turning off auto-renew prevents you from being billed the following month if you no longer wish to subscribe.
• You can turn off auto-renew for your subscription at any time by emailing us with subject “Pause My Subscription”. You will have access to content you subscribed to until the end of the subscription.
